Ashley graduated from the ACMT in 2015 and has thoroughly enjoyed her career as an RMT the last decade. She ran her own practice in the Kootenays the last 6 years before recently moving to Golden. She graduated from the MOCC, a 1200 hour Manual Osteopath program in 2021 and incorporates osteopathic techniques into her massage practice.

Ashley has a well rounded scope of practise, from maintenance of health to injury recovery, she has a moderate pressure approach while using more deep-specific pressure if indicated. Each treatment is specific to what your body and nervous system needs that day. She’s looking forward to being a part of your health care journey.
