I work with teenagers aged 13+, individuals, couples and families navigating addiction, recovery, codependency, dysfunctional family systems, mental health challenges, relationship issues, trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, unwanted behavioural patterns,  and questions around gender, sexuality and self expression.

Together, we reconnect you with yourself and explore how old patterns are still influencing you, helping you accept yourself, get out of your head and into your body, remember your innate capacity to heal, navigate challenging relationships, practise setting boundaries, learn how to meet your own needs, and process emotions.I am trained in Somatic Therapy, Internal Family System, Mindfulness CBT, Trauma therapy, and Emotion Focused Couples Counselling; I know that's a lot of jargon, please feel free to ask any questions!

I’ve heard a lot of stories through my work; you can tell me absolutely anything and I won't be shocked nor will I judge you. I approach each relationship with full acceptance, an open mind and curiosity. I will do my absolute best to make you feel safe, heard, accepted and empowered. I believe you know what is best for your own healing and will always respect your boundaries and willingness to go deep emotionally. As a queer person,  I bring lived experience navigating identity and discrimination, and I deeply value decolonization, harm reduction, social justice, and inclusivity. 

After spending a decade in Montreal getting my undergrad, being an artist and working with unhoused folks, I moved to a small piece of land outside of Golden to homestead with my two dogs, where I hope to eventually have a therapy and recovery ranch. People would describe me as creative, authentic, loving and accepting. Outside of work I am passionate about building community, pottery, bike packing, being in a band, yoga, animals and playing in the backcountry. I love getting to know new people, understanding what makes them who they are and what's getting in their way. Working together to solve these puzzles is such a gift to me.
