Financial health money coaching is a collaborative process designed to empower individuals to improve their overall financial well-being.
The conversation about financial health can be a stressful situation for many people. We are here to shift that paradigm with an open and honest discussion on where you are at now, and where you would like to be.
Money Wellness Coaching may include anaylzing your current financial situation, deepening your own understanding of financial literacy and empowering you to make confident financial decisions.
This may also include support on evaluating your current financial situation to create the foundation for setting both short-term and long-term goals, such as saving for specific milestones, paying down debt, or planning for retirement. We also focus on aligning financial goals with personal values, ensuring the client’s financial plan reflects their priorities and lifestyle.
In addition to creating actionable strategies, money coaching emphasizes education and mindset shifts. Clients learn essential skills like budgeting, debt management, and understanding financial products, while addressing any beliefs or habits that may hinder progress. Consistent ongoing support help clients stay accountable and adjust plans as needed.
We also provide emotional support, celebrate milestones, and share resources to enhance financial literacy. The ultimate goal is to help clients develop a sustainable, healthy relationship with money, enabling them to achieve immediate relief and long-term success.

What is Money Wellness coaching?

In a session you will be met with an open, honest, and deeply supportive space to work with whatever challenges may be present for you. With compassion and support you will be given the opportunity to discuss and review your own financial goals. I am here to share with you the knowledge and skills you need to create a healthy financial state for yourself.
Each session is 45 minutes long.

That all depends on your goals and your own commitment. We can’t guarantee any outcomes but we will support you along the way. You can go as fast or slow as you like. During our first consultation we will discuss our best course of action for you to achieve your goals.

Here are some examples of topics we can help you with: Budgeting, Debt Management, Saving goals, financial terminology and financial mindset.
We don’t provide support specific to investments, retirement savings, building wealth and tax efficiency. We might direct you to other financial experts in these areas.
