Massage Therapy Student
Zoe is a dedicated and passionate student massage practitioner currently in the final stages of training at MH Vicars school of Massage Therapy. With graduation just in a few months away, she is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to the Golden community. Her education has been enriched by hands-on experience gained during work at a Cat Skiing lodge this past winter.
Her intuitive and attentive approach to client’s individual needs is well blended with strong therapeutic critical thinking. She uses a range of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial and active release, trigger points and relaxation. Her goal is to help you achieve a state of balance and well-being in your body whether your are looking for regular maintenance, recovering from injury or training for your next sport event.
Zoe grew up dancing until she followed her dream to move to the mountains in 2008. Before transitioning into the world of massage therapy, she spent over a decade working in the forestry industry as well as dedicating her winters to snowboarding.
Needless to say that it taught her how to manage the physical demands on the body. In 2014 she acquired a Yoga teacher certificate (RYT200) which deepened her understanding of the body’s mechanics.
She looks forward to work with the Golden community and support anyone’s journey to better mobility and relaxation.
